Avon Dassett is a small but beautiful village mid-way between Leamington and Banbury. It is situated within a Conservation Area and is on the edge of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village nestles on the slopes of the Burton Dassett Hills Country Park and combines spectacular scenery with the peace and beauty of a small rural village.

The village pub The Avon is just across the village street from The Limes and is a popular eating place, a favourite with walkers and cyclists, who frequent the many picturesque routes in the area.

The village which won Best Kept Village in 2006 also has fishing and horse riding facilties available.

The highlight of the village calendar is the Summer Fete held the first weekend in August which draws visitors from miles around.

Village is also close to the village of Cropredy which holds its famous music festival every August.
